Mentoring and coaching
Coaching and mentoring are powerful and effective development tools for leaders and people managers who want to improve their equality and human rights practise. Our coaching, which is often done in in shorter timeframes, with sessions closer together, will identify your strengths and weaknesses in equality practise and find ways to build better practise. Mentoring works over longer time frames – up to a year normally, and is focussed on more high level, organisational strategies and embedding good equality practise.
HREA has decades of experience providing mentoring support to all kinds of people working across government, private sector and in community-based organisations here in Australia and overseas. We’ve even mentored volunteers!
