Learning design
Learning design devises frameworks that support learning experiences. In addition to thoughtful content, learning design sets out strategies, sequencing, structure and timing of learning in ways that works best for your people or workplace.
HREA is expert at designing learning experiences that are accessible, participatory, safe and inclusive, but provide people with meaningful opportunities to engage, learn and grow.
We have designed a wide variety of learning programs that engage specific organisations, communities and groups on important equality and human rights issues.
What you can expect:
- Nuanced learning needs analysis that takes into account the people in your community or workplace.
- Expertly designed learning programs help people understand and solve problems, devise plans and strategies for action, and practise important new skills.
